Service and purchase

Fatetype provides a free compatibility score and an optional one-time, AI-generated digital relationship reading based on BaZi symbolism and MBTI preferences. There is no subscription. The total price and any tax are shown before payment through Dodo Payments. After payment verification the private web reading is generated and delivery attempted by email; contact support if generation or delivery fails.

Both people may be represented. Before submitting another person’s information, obtain their permission; otherwise use the invite flow so they submit it themselves.

Use, accuracy and responsibility

This is entertainment and cultural self-reflection, not medical, legal, financial or relationship advice, guaranteed predictions or success probabilities. AI can make mistakes. Keep private links secure and use accurate, authorized inputs. Liability limitations apply only to the extent lawful and do not exclude mandatory rights, fraud or wilful misconduct.

Refunds and feedback

You may request a refund within 7 days whether or not the report was generated. Technical faults and duplicate charges are additional reasons, not the only reasons. See Refund Policy. Feedback is optional/private; public quotation requires a separate, revocable permission.

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your jurisdiction prevail. Language selection does not determine your legal rights. These notices do not waive statutory withdrawal rights.

Notice versions and changes

Version 2026-10-05: operator details, international processing, separate checkout consent, optional analytics and clearer refunds. This is a clarification and does not reduce earlier purchasers’ rights. Future changes will state their effective date and changed sections; we will announce ordinary terms changes at least 7 days before, and materially adverse changes at least 30 days before, with additional consent where required.
