Refund Policy

7-day refund window

The reading is a one-time purchase ($14.99 before applicable checkout taxes/discounts). If dissatisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase, even after generation or viewing. Non-delivery, inaccessible or substantially incomplete reports and duplicate payments are also grounds for support/refund. These examples do not limit the 7-day satisfaction policy.

How to request

Email fireway365@gmail.com with the purchase email and order reference. A brief reason helps but a technical fault is not required within the satisfaction window. Refunds go through Dodo to the original payment method; bank posting time varies. We handle refunds within applicable legal time limits. Fraudulent or repeated duplicate requests may be verified individually without limiting statutory rights.

Mandatory consumer and privacy rights in your jurisdiction prevail. Language selection does not determine your legal rights. These notices do not waive statutory withdrawal rights.

Future changes will state their effective date and changed sections; we will announce ordinary terms changes at least 7 days before, and materially adverse changes at least 30 days before, with additional consent where required.
